TERMS OF SERVICE — RAHIMA Effective Date: 2026

1. About Us Rahima is a traditional sweet shop based in Nagore Bazaar, Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, serving authentic Indian sweets and snacks since 1944. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

2. Orders All orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or delivery limitations, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

4. Payments We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

5. Shipping & Delivery We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location and courier availability. Once your order is handed to the courier, delivery responsibility passes to the shipping partner.

6. Returns & Refunds As our products are freshly made food items, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will resolve it immediately.

7. Your Account You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
