Return and Refund Policy

We take great care in packing and delivering our sweets fresh to you.

Perishable Items As our products are freshly made food items, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the order is dispatched.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Refunds If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (UPI/card/net banking).

Non-Returnable We cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, partially consumed, or damaged after delivery.
